High-End Hawaiian CBD Brand Now Available In The UK: Meet Mana Artisan Botanics

There are thousands of CBD brands operating in the UK. And there are even more products out there. However, there is not a whole lot that differentiates each one.

That doesn’t mean they aren’t effective products. It just means that many companies are actually sourcing their products from the same suppliers. This was something I noted at the UK’s first Hemp & CBD Expo earlier in the year.

And it’s also why I got so excited when I heard that a shop in the UK was going to start stocking a brand that I had wanted to try for a while. A Hawaiian CBD brand that uses some incredibly powerful, locally-grown ingredients to enhance the healing effects of cannabis.

The shop is Cannatural.co.uk and the brand is Mana Artisan Botanics – a special company based on the idyllic Big Island of Hawaii.

Who are Mana Artisan Botanics?

Mana Artisan Botanics offers a luxurious range of artisanal, full spectrum hemp products featuring an assortment of uniquely therapeutic organic plant extracts, all sourced from the rich and fertile lands of Hawaii.

The visionary behind the company is Steve Sakala, a vocal cannabis proponent who, back when he was just 18-years-old, worked alongside the famed cannabis revolutionary Jack Herer.

He is also the co-founder of Honaunau Farm – also home to a wellness retreat – where many of the tropical ingredients used in Mana’s products are organically grown (excluding the hemp, which is grown organically in Colorado).

All in all, the entire team at Mana share a deep desire for wholesome, healthful living, and their efforts have culminated in a company that demonstrates a commitment to regenerative agriculture, the local economy, and holistic health education.

What products do they offer?

Mana offers a variety of CBD oils and tinctures, as well as balms and honey. However, when you look at the ingredients lists of these products, you’ll see that they are unlike other CBD products you may have seen before.

For example, Mana’s Turmeric & Vanilla Macadamia Nut CBD Oil is a decadent combination of organic cannabinoid-rich hemp extract (300mg) and fresh Hawaiian-grown turmeric, infused in organic Hawaiian macadamia nut oil.

And believe me, it’s delicious. Delicately smooth, sweet and nutty. Macadamia oil and vanilla is one hell of a combo. A million miles from the bitter, earthy CBD oils you’ve probably tried before. In fact, for those that can’t stomach the taste of regular CBD oil (like my Mum), give this a go and you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve also tried their Lehua & Wilelaiki CBD Honey, a heavenly mix of two raw and organic Hawaiian honeys and 150mg of full-spectrum hemp flower extract. The result is a rich, floral honey with a creamy, sweet taste.

It’s incredibly versatile (as well as delicious) and can be used in hot drinks, smoothies, or even as part of your shin care regime. After all, CBD is proven to be highly anti-inflammatory, while these types of rare honey contain significant amounts of enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

They also do a Passionflower & Lehua CBD Tincture and two different CBD massage oils – one with lavender, sandalwood and copaiba and one with coconut-derived MCT oil.

Are they worth a try?

There’s no denying that Mana Botanics’ high-end range of CBD products have a premium price tag. Their cheapest tincture is £66, while their balm is £69 and their massage oils are over £100.

The luscious honey is a very reasonable £35 for a 120ml jar.

However, these are high-quality artisanal products sustainably and organically sourced from the isolated volcanic islands of Hawaii, home to some of the richest and most fertile environments in the world.

Mana Botanics also performs extensive laboratory testing for common contaminants such as heavy metals, microbials, and pesticides, as well as sourcing ingredients from ethical farms.

Given these factors, Mana’s products are a real treat and well worth indulging in. They look, smell and taste divine, while you can be confident of their contents and purity.

Also, my mum loves them. And she’s very fussy when it come to CBD products.
