The Review

The Pain-Free CBD Dispensary is a fairly new CBD flower retailer. Their simple website lists four strains of high-grade CBD buds in different amounts, with no other products on offer. You can pay on their website by card or Paypal.

We were sent a sample of Bubbleberry and were impressed so decided to review it. Enjoy!

Delivery and packaging: 9/10

The sample was received two days after it was sent. It came within a grip-sealed, aluminium-lined pouch, which was then wrapped up in bubble wrap. No shifty postman was going to suspect this package.

This was a complimentary sample, however, shipping usually costs £4.

Aesthetics: 8.5/10

Upon opening the sealed pouch, one large and solid bud fell out. Subdued green in colour, it had a strong structure and felt compact. It was dry but not excessively. A good squeeze confirmed how dense it was.

It could see a nice dusting of trichomes covering the entire bud. It had also been perfectly trimmed.

Smell: 8.5/10

Having smelled hundreds of hemp strains by now, I get excited when I notice an aroma that isn’t common in hemp. With this Bubbleberry strain, I detected a cheesy and floral terpene profile that is quite unique.

It’s not too pungent, and not at all like the sweet/berry aroma of the Bubbleberry from Mr Ohm Shop, which we reviewed here, but still a decent smelling CBD flower.

Taste (smoking vs vaping)

Smoking: 8/10

Smoking this strain was a little harsh, to be honest. I much preferred to vape it. However, I could still taste pine notes and a diesel/gassy taste. The taste in the first few puffs was especially potent, dropping off after that.

Vaping: 9/10

Using my Vapcap M 2018, I loaded up a chamber of Bubbleberry and heated it up. The vapour produced was thick and flavoursome. I really enjoyed its piney, floral taste. Really delicious!

Effects: 10/10

Wow. I felt the effects from this almost immediately after my first hit on the vape. I quickly felt any tension I had melt away and that lovely sense of relaxed focus that a good CBD strain fosters.

After a few more puffs, I felt slightly sedated and almost too relaxed. With 16% CBD, it may be better to stick to small doses during the day and larger doses to ain sleep or rest in the evening.

Price: 9/10

At £11 per gram, Bubbleberry from The Pain-Free CBD Dispensary is about average for a CBD flower of this quality. However, 3.5 grams costs a reasonable £28.99, while 7g is £51 and 28g is £179.99.

Shipping is £4.

Overall: 9/10

Overall, Bubbleberry from The Pain-Free CBD Dispensary is a very high-quality hemp strain that, with 16% CBD and a strong terpene profile, is really effective at relieving stress and anxiety – perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Buy an eighth (3.5g) or more and it has an attractive price point, too.

  1. Yeah, I had a sample of this and Hindu Kush from them… the Kush was tasty and smooth, this on other hand was pretty harsh to smoke.

They will do deals on bulk, just ask! 😀
